Dr. Maninder Singh Kahlon

I had an appt for a memory test. I was scheduled for Sun City West office but they called the day before to say it was changed to Sun City office. Also received an appt email to that effect. I called the office to say my paperwork showed the Sun City West office and was told to go to the Sun City office. After waiting 20 minutes the office informed me I was scheduled at the Sun City West office, but they could send someone over to administer this 4 hour test. I was not going to wait another hour for their mistake. Have since sent letter to the Dr. and decided not to stay with his practice. I have already arranged to see another neurology doctor. His office staff needs to be fired!!

Appointments are changed and patient is made to think they got the date wrong and as a care manager (not patient), we keep tight records. I find this extremely detrimental for high anxiety patients. Telephone hold times can be over 20 minutes trying to connect with office staff to make or change appointments. MA response is averaging 2 to 3 business days to return critical calls. Prescribing doctor doesn't check for major interactions with drugs he perscribes. Appointment changes happens 2 out 4 times. Wait time in office is good. Dr Kahlon is kind, but his staff, phone system, and appointment proceedure is not ok.

I originally saw Dr Kahlon in a lot of pain, he changed my medication and there was no help. I've since had 3 appointments cancelled on me over the past 3 months all withing 24 hours of my appointment. Imagine what would happen as a patient if I had done the same. I'm in more pain and wait for this doctor to help is not the solution. The office staff is the worse i've ever seen. To sit on hold and listen to that horrible music, that's one thing i will not miss going to another doctor.

Dr. Kahlon truly cares about his patients and it shows at every single appointment! He is also very quick about getting testing and procedures done. We DEFIFINITELY recommend him over any other neurologist in Arizona! Thank you Dr. Kahlon for being such an amazing physician and person in general! ????????

Dr. Kahlon is top of the line! He is interested in his patients, has time for them to share their issues and is very concerned. Tests are not ordered or encouraged unless needed. His staff is truly outstanding!! I wish other Dr.'s offices in the area could come even a fraction closer to Dr. Kahlon and his office in service and concern!! Very highly recommended!!!!
