Dr. Thusay is the best surgeon with the best bedside manner!!! He was honest and VERY kind and referred me to The U of M and I had an equally wonderful experience there also. He got me through the year of crap that I went through with 9 times in the hospital. I would recommend him to ANYONE needing an excellent surgeon!!!!

It took Dr Thusay to get me heading in the right direction after not being able to do so himself he got me an appointment at Cleveland clinic .I can’t thank him enough.And a lot of the things he said they may do was so spot on, his nurse Melissa is wonderful so helpful above and beyond her job.I appreciate his honesty I

He is very thorough. He actually takes the time to go over a person's medical records. (This has become a rarity.) He is busy, but is attentive, and takes time to show you or explain to you what you need to know. He answers questions in simplistic, understandable manner. Doctors of his caliber seem to be a rarity. He has definitely earned my respect.

I've lost 30 lbs since being diagnosed with a Gall Bladder infection. This has taken place since my discharge from the hosp 9 days ago. The weight loss is a real concern to me, however it does not seem to concern the doctor or his staff even with me making repeated calls to his office. Only once have they even returned my call.
