More about Dr. Marc Alan Kirschner
Dr. Kirschner earned his undergraduate degree in physics at Middlebury College in Vermont, and his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He completed a residency in neurological medicine at McGill University, in Montreal, Canada. He subsequently pursued postdoctoral studies at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at Yale University where he also served as a clinical faculty member in the department of neurology. Dr. Kirschner has also held a full-time faculty position at the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. Currently he is an associate clinical professor of neurology at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Kirschner has a special interest in the evaluation and care of people with disorders of the brain and spinal cord, peripheral nerves and muscles.
