I have only seen him twice, but he strikes me as at the top of his game: old enough to have good experience but not so old that he's unable to keep up. He seemed to know most of the specialists I had seen, which bodes well for future referrals.

Dr. Zook is great. I don't have to go to see him often but when I do I always feel like I have been a valued patient when I leave. He is thorough in examinations as well as explanations. He has an excellent sense of humor and that is always appreciated.

I arrived today, covered in poison sumac, feeling foolish and hoping for advice. I arrived on a Tuesday morning without an appointment, and was incredibly fortunate to see the good doctor within an hour. He was friendly, professional, and had more than one idea for a remedy, based on my preference, after he explained the pros and cons of either. I was cared for very well, and recommend this physician without reservation.

Did not like Dr Zook. he was very unprofessional. He said he was leaving ARC soon so I would need to pick another Doctor. Did not like his Nurse. I would not recommend him or ARC.

Dr. Zook is compasionate about his patients. He seems to always take the extra time to listen. His down to earth personality leaves you feeling like you have a friend that cares about your health. I have been his patient for over 6 years and highly reconmend him as a doctor.
