if i could give zero stars i would. pushed a vegan agenda even after i said i had severe eating restrictions due to texture aversions; also transphobic and tried to claim it was my depression that made me trans and doesn't even know statistics she was speaking about, claiming that HRT might be damaging to mental health and talking over me when i told her that according to studies, HRT reduces self injury rates in trans people by ~50%. she should lose her license.

Terrible doctor. I had to find another one. If you are vegan you might like her but I doubt it. She takes off weeks at a time at a moments notice. No one covers for her. It seems like her practice is a hobby.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend. Margaret Song is not helpful or kind, also completely misdiagnosed me and prescribed me a medication I did not need not once but twice. She does not answer questions or thoroughly listen to patient concerns this led me to feel very invalidated. She does not build a relationship with her patients.

This doctor is beyond incompetent. I question if she truly has a legitimate medical license. She lacks basic knowledge, and is a red flag. She should be ashamed of herself for this degree of malpractice.

Dr. Song is very rude. I went with my mom for a follow up visit for stomach pain, and the doctor wouldn’t look at me or acknowledge my presence in the room. She misdiagnosed my mom, and treated her with unnecessary antibiotics for several weeks, which caused c diff. When the results for c diff came back, she never even called my mom. Just left a note on the website. My mom deserves better care than that, and a doctor who disregards their patient’s family is a very poor healthcare professional.

Went to Dr. Song while my primary physician was on vacation. Horrible experience. The reason I went it was overlooked and when I tried to tell her about my medical history she told me I didn’t have a condition I have been diagnosed with since I was 4 (because I can conceal it well with makeup/etc). She even asked me if I knew what it was... I was so insulted by my visit and the lack of concern for the reason I was visiting. Did not not properly address my concerns and visit.

This doctor is incompetent and irresponsible with no regard to patient's personal history, cause of complaint, or what nonsense comes out of her mouth. She denies what she says when called out.

I LIKE HER, SHE IS HONEST WITH ME. AND EASY TO TALK TO.

She is looking to prevent disease and not just treat disease.
