Dr. Maria Dolgovina, MD

The nurse that worked with this doctor was great. However, Dr. Dolgovina was as inept as could be, as she prescribed a treatment and never followed up. Prior to deciding to stop her treatments because of a worrying side effect, I had a follow-up appointment to receive a consecutive round of treatment. She came in the room with an attitude and a mocking tone as though she never learned about professionalism in the workplace. She never asked or followed-up about how the treatment was working and acted annoyed that I asked to speak with her (most likely because she held personal phone calls loud enough for all patients to hear and during the time of patient appointments and was irritated that someone dare interrupt these non work-related calls). After witnessing her attitude, ineptness, and unprofessionalism, I decided to head elsewhere for my medical care as her only concern was billing patients’ insurance for unauthorized procedures (had several unpleasant surprises with insurance due… to this doctor’s unethical billing practices) and holding personal phone calls during the time that she should have been seeing patients.

My experience, at the facility was great, everyone respected social distancing the wait time was very short. Dr. Dolgovina and the staff was amazing, especially Alina she went above and beyond to explain everything to me. Thank you Dr. Dolgovina and Alina for identifying and treating my problem, this is one facility that really cares about the walfare of their patients.

Good clinic except for a terrible egoistic insurance handler named Radha. My wife was referred by the good doctor for a mri scan, and were asked to call this lady to get an authorization code. But she forwards our every call to voicemail after 2 rings. This exact thing happened 6 months ago as well, with no responses to our messages, and we had to go to clinic to see her. When I finally speak to her, the arrogant lady tells me she would have called in a few days. She never did the last time. She tells me that she has no time to argue with me and hangs up. And she thinks I have all the time in thee world to continuously try calling her so many times. She is obviously not the right person for the job. Why is it so difficult to pick up a phone if she wants work? If she can't pick up the phone then why ask patients to call her for some authorization code? Doctor Maria, if you are reading this, please stop asking people to call Radha for authorization code, and get someone who can actually… pick up the call and be nice to your customers/patients. That's the only major complaint I can think of. Besides that, you are great doctor.

This is the worst office i have been to. I have been waiting for over 1 week for an anxiety medication my wife called once and and i called more then 4 times they always say after 5pm they dont care if some one dies the worst place to go to
