I had my first visit and everyone is super nice! They were helpful and listened:) I will be back!!

Aft er waiting for over 30 minutes, Dr. Rosen spent at the most two minutes for exam. Her exam was cursory . She never introduced me to her aide and was rushed and abrupt. Every time I have been there, I have to wait at least 30 minutes and often more.

I have been very pleased with the quality of service in every way. Service, staff, promptness of appointments, billing, professional & quality of treatments & diagnosis.

This is the 3rd dermatologist that I've seen and the only one who has truly helped me. I saw Dr. Rosen and she listened to my frustrations with my problems and discussed several options. She was paged during the exam but she didn't rush me. She asked if I understood and even wrote down everything she said so I wouldn't forget. The option I chose because of fewer side effects actually worked! I'm wearing shorts again and not feeling embarrassed.

Although, the care I received at Dr Rosen's office was adequate, I would not recommend this practice. It is very difficult to contact the office by phone and the staff is often not overly friendly. The billing and collection policies are a nightmare! After calling with a concern over an extra $10 junk fee added to my account, I was sent me a letter terminating my patient relationship. (Thank you by the way). The words rude and arrogant come to mind when thinking about this office and the way they deal with their patients. There are plenty of other Dermatologists to choose from.

I couln't be more pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Rosen and her staff. These are caring, polite individuals and I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have been patients for over 5 years. We love Dr. Rosen and her staff. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Rosen. Billing and insurance is outsourced which is the problem. Cannot get a return phone call after 4 messages. Received a bill marked past due for service that was done less than a month and insurance not filed correctly. Out sourced services do not care about the patient. Perhaps Dr Rosen should reconsider keeping this service in the practice.

I am so glad I chose Dr. Rosen's practice for my dermatology concerns. She and her A Christy Roberts are both very warm and friendly, plus they are very professional. The technicians that assist them are also very professional but very friendly as well. I always enjoy seeing them and I have complete confidence in them.
