Dr Tovar is an excellent caring and thorough doctor. She takes the time to explain issues and he treatment plans. She is a great physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Tovar Day for almost 4 years now. At first she was great, listening intently and explaining things very well; and the wait was under an hour. Now, however, you will wait 60-90 minutes before even stepping foot into a private room, regardless of whether your appointment was previously scheduled or a same-day squeeze in. She is so overwhelmed and overbooked that I am sad to say it is no longer worth the wait. I will be looking for another doctor who can better manage and respect their patients' time.

Dr Tovar and her staff have taken care of mine and my husband's medical needs for years. They are the best. Professional,caring, knowledgeable and always take the time to listen no matter how busy.

Worst experience ! Dr & staff don't communicate well & are rude. Follow-up visit info that can be given over the phone, as most Drs do, they require you to come in and charge you for extra office visits that are not covered by insurance. Very unprofessional!

overbooks appointments, bad customer service

I asked her to check two very specific things, she didn't. And offered on advice or suggestions on how to help other conditions I was dealing with. Went to another doctor who listened to me to find out the labs I asked to be checked were a problem. She also changed my billing without noticing me and when I called to dispute it, she turned it into collections before the appeal process could be completed. Lazy physician with poor ethics.
