My first visit I spent over an hour waiting for my appointment. I got over it real quick because the doctor was great. However, I have called twice in 7 days to get the results of my blood work and they have not returned my call. This is a poorly run office with what I believe so far to be a pretty good medical staff including the RN and Dr. Christensen. My wife needs to register for a new MD under our new HMO. She is going somewhere else and hopefully she will have a better experience.

I've been going to Dr. Christensen for nearly 20 years. I've found him to be very helpful and competent. He'll listen to you and do what's necessary to treat your 'ills'.

We have had many family doctors in the past but when we moved to New Lenox and had to choose a new one, we picked the best without knowing it. Dr. Christensen is very caring,knows our case when we come in and always takes excellent care of both my husband and myself. I recommend him often
