Nancy the nurse is very rude, nasty and yells at the patient on the phone. I'm sick with Covid and experiencing severe symptoms. I found out that Remdesivir drug targets coronavirus symptoms and so I called the doctor office to see if the doctor can prescribe them for me. First the guy at the decked answered and he was not nice and very short with me and right after he transferred me to Nurse Nancy who got on the phone and immediately began yelling at me saying there is no medication for covid and so on, screaming at me! I know very well there is not meds for covid however there are meds to help with symptoms. I'm not an idiot I know what I was asking for. She didn't even know the Remdesivir and she is a nurse. Nancy is NASTY, RUDE, ABNOXIOUS, SELF RIGHTOUS frankly should get fired. Sick patients should be treated like that. She is destroying Dr Paris reputation. What happened to treating patient with respect and listening to their needs? My heart breaks because I love Dr Paris and his… wife and have been with the for over 10 years but I will not be disrespected, yelled at or belittled by some stupid nurse. I've never done a review on a doctor but I felt people should know about this Nasty Nancy and the man at the reception. This forced me to finally look for another doctor and just may be I will be treated with the respect a patient deserves.

I had a routine checkup and got some lab work done. I then got a bill from the lab company for over $1500, who said that Dr. Paris' office sent over the WRONG code. For 6 months I tried working with their office in order to get the situation resolved, but it never was. Eventually, I called and asked to speak with the office manager, I was told she wasn't in. I called EVERY DAY for the next 2 weeks, and was told, "I gave her your message. I will tell her again." The office is run by a group of unprofessional incompetents.

Dr. Paris asked that I have followup blood work done to compare to the first one (3 months earlier). The wrong paperwork was sent to the lab and I ended up getting charged more than needed. I called the Dr.'s office and asked to have my results mailed to me. A few days later I received a confirmation letter that I had blood work done instead of the actual results. I had to call back a 2nd time to have them mailed to me. Once i received the blood work results in the mail I called the office to review them with the Dr. just like he asked me to. I have now called the office 7 times yet I am still waiting for Dr. Paris to call me back even though the staff keep telling he will call me back the next day. Even though the doctor seems nice and caring at first, I have to say the followup has been extremely poor. I would not recommend this doctor.
