Dr. Mark Rosenblum, MD

After trying to reach the doctor for 2 weeks (calling daily) I finally got a call back. The patient advocate had to get involved in order for him to call me. He told me that moving forward things would work better -- well let me tell you i'm sitting in the waiting room with my 82 year old grandma and they are over an hour behind. I probably wouldn't have sat down to write this (while in the waiting room) if anyone had express any kind of sympathy for that fact an elderly person is endless waiting but no. I asked how much longer they told me 20 minutes - its now been another 30 after that. Its a joke and life is already stressful. I would avoid this at all costs its not worth it.

Whenever I see Dr. Rosenblum he is well aware of the circumstances surrounding my background and the issues we need to discuss. I never feel rushed when interacting with him. I've always felt that he cares about my situation.The only downside to a visit is that I usually have to wait for about 20-30 minutes beyond my appointment time to see him. Overall this doesn't bother me because I don't schedule anything around my appointment time.

Staff is mediocre. they are not friendly , on borderline of being rude. The office manager never returns a call, even from a nurse that needed urgent information .

His bed side manner is excellent.He takes time to explain and answers all and any questions.
