Doctor Senese replaced both of my knees during the last 13 months. I have been able to resume riding my horse at 10 weeks post op. Dr Senese has excellent skills, he is thoughtful, kind and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Senese does not listen. I told him from the outset that going to a rehab facility post surgery was absolutely not an option for me. FIVE DAYS before my surgery, as I was arranging my home care, he has his receptionist tell me that he will only release me post surgery to a rehab facility/ nursing home. His medical ethics are questionable and I DEFINITELY recommend people stay away from him if you require honesty in a physician.

I have had many Ortho surgeries, and this doctor performed a 100% effective successful procedure. My pain level is 0. Anybody reading this that knows pain, knows how wonderful life is without it.

Have had 2 surgeries and can only say I had the very best. Dr. Senese takes the time needed both in the office and just before surgery. His staff is great.

After a skiing accident, I went to him. He never ordered an MRI, based his diagnosis (torn MCL, possible torn meniscus) on physical and xray only. My knee never got back to normal when I got an MRI a year later turns out I have a definite torn meniscus AND a torn ACL (the MCL was torn but has healed which they do with PT and no surgery). Would have been nice to find this all out originally- so I could be treated and better by now.
