I never have to wait to be seen and she is always thorough, caring, and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Feldman for almost 5 years now. I first saw her as an emergency after cataract surgery from another physician. She has always been professional, kind and explains everything. She is doing good outcomes and complicated ones. I have had a complete recovery, but I will continue to see her in a year and whatever she thinks I need.

Getting eye injections is never fun, but it is made tolerable and possible by Dr. Feldman's optimistic, hopeful, helpful, and friendly conversation as she enters the suite - does the work necessary - assures me of the appointment's success - and lets me know to contact her if things get scary, once home. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for such a difficult, but necessary, ongoing treatment regime for my eyes.

First impressions tell a lot about what to expect: A bright, clean office , with coffee (!). A pleasant, uncrowded, seating arrangement. Smiling, efficient reception area personnel. Beyond first impressions: very little wait time. Friendly, efficient, professional clinicians go about their work to provide the doctor with accurate updates on my condition. Then comes Dr. Feldman: always upbeat, positive, welcoming. She is well-prepped and ready for me. She has a game plan for my eye and is executing on all fronts (medicine, insurance, billing issues, whatever). She has my best interests and the health of my eye as her chief concern. I feel so blessed to have discovered her when I recently moved to the area! I know that what she does is not a cure for AMD but at least if I have to suffer with this chronic condition, I can rest assured the journey will be as pleasant as possible (under the conditions) with a competent team by my side.
