Dr. Martin Louis Alpert, MD

I’ve been a patient at Westside Family Physicians for nearly four years and have had a consistently excellent experience. As a moderately healthy middle-aged woman with a range of general health needs, it’s been incredibly reassuring to have such a thoughtful and reliable care team. Dr. Martin Alpert is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling informed and confident in my care. NP Jaime is warm, approachable, and very detail-oriented—she makes every visit comfortable while staying on top of everything clinically. And Patti keeps the office running smoothly—scheduling and communication are always easy and efficient. I’m very grateful to have found this practice and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

Worst doctor's office. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I can't believe anyone would want to go to this office. The front office is miserable, unkind and not helpful one bit. They nickle and dime their patients and have no problem with talking down to you and telling you that its just their "policy". Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. They only care about money and not the health of the patient. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

Dr. Alpert is fantastic. I was reluctant to giving such few starts, but his reception can be rude and be prepared to wait an hour or more each visit.

He's the only Doctor I've been to who takes the extra time with me to let me know he cares. And, he's been right on about everything.

Dr. Alpert has been my personal physician for almost 20 years. I have found him to be knowledgeable, empathetic, available and kind. While his office staff is, admittedly, not composed of geniuses, the other care professionals - nurses, ultrasound techs, etc - have reflected the same values the doctor holds.
