I'd have given zero stars if I could. I called, emailed for 25 times for billing he never answers his phone or replies the emails. It is super annoying. They charged me right before the surgery for the anesthesia but dont even care to send you your bill to submit it to the insurance. not acceptable- terrible experience.

He requires payment up front but does not provide an invoice, so you can't get started on insurance reimbursement right away. Supposedly the office is supposed to mail you an invoice, but twice now I waited a month after the procedure and never got an invoice until I called his office to remind them. This means having to come up with the money for the credit card payment before I've even submitted the insurance claim. Partly my fault for letting so much time pass before asking again for the invoice (I ask for one at time of payment, butnam told it will be mailed), but I really don't think I should have to even ask once, let alone twice. The first time I assumed it was just an oversight, but it's happened twice in a row now so I believe it is just how his office does business.

This doctor waited to bill my insurance for THREE YEARS then sent me a giant bill.The man is disorganized and a fool.OH - and I vomited for hours after he provided services
