I agree with the last review, unfortunately, the staff is very rude unorganized and their place looks very dusty like. I was asked to pay out of pocket regardless of my insurance being covered, they told me I will get my money reimbursed as soon as the insurance will cover ... They never did after wasting my time with the person that does not how to handle costumer service and billing I decided never return to this doctor... I ask to talk to him and he asked to have an appointment. Not even what's the matter, maybe this matter wouldn't have taken 5 minutes ... Very disappointed if i never go through my e.o.b's I wouldn't have never noticed that they besides charging the patients they also run the insurance for hundreds ... This is unacceptable being that perhaps other patients get the same treatment and they're oblivious of this Unjust situation .

This doctor neglects his patients which have caused deaths. Staff is rude and non knowledgeable. Do not go to this doctor . He only cares if the money . He has you do unnecessary tests with outdated machines

Dr. P. is the friendliest and most caring doctor I have ever been to. I have been seeing him now for several years and plan to see him for the rest of his medical career (don't ever retire and please live forever, Dr. P!) He is the only doctor that I have been to that has been able to manage my medical problems properly. The longer wait time is worth it because he spends so much time making sure you are accurately diagnosed and managing your problems so you are comfortable.

I have my life back! After long suffering from thyroidectomy, other "specialist" wouldn't listen to me, I was suffering. Dr. P. diagnosed and gave proper medication and I feel like I finally have my life back!

After going to many other physicians, I found an excellent care provider in Dr. Porcelli. He keeps up on the latest in medical science and technology. If I need a referral to a specialist, it is always an excellent physician. There are many more reasons Dr. Porcelli has been my doctor for over 30 years.
