Dr. IM reminds me of my grandfather who was a Dr. He takes the time to get to know his patience, listens to their concerns and actually takes the time to talk to you. If you are too sick to go into office for appointment, he will converse with you over the phone. Do not have many Drs these days that will actually take your call, let alone call you back. I am happy I am older than he is so I hopefully never have to find a new Dr.

He is a very good doctor and a great compassionate person. I have heard from sources that he has 4 kids. I'm sure that's where he gets his compassionate ability from. In conclusion, he is a great doctor!

I first saw Dr. Im when I had a need for immediate care and advice and his office responded quickly. I was able to get an appointment same day. This morning I just completed a round of tests for my annual physical and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Even though I wasn't scheduled to see Dr. Im until my follow up appointment, he still made it a point to say hello. These details make a difference in his practice. It's a good indication of the type of Dr. he strives to be...caring and considerate. I think that these attributes are as important in a practice as the actual medical credentials.

I can't say enough about Dr. Im. He identified several concerns that other doctors hadn't mentioned and addressed an issue I had spent years having other doctors look at me like I was crazy then, more or less politely either ignore me or tell me I was wrong. As I joined his practice just as he was going to MDVIP, I was a little hesitant about the concierge doctor process given the extra out of pocket outlay every year. But even though I don't have much money, it is well worth it to have him spend as much time as he does addressing what are, for me, chronic medical issues. My guess is that he tried to do this as much as possible before going to MDVIP, but his stress levels would have been much higher; I certainly don't need a stressed out doctor, just one who thinks well and cares. And the man listens! I am slowly improving, something I believed was not possible. Thank you, thank you!

Truly amazing!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Im's for over 8 years, following him each time he moved. He is the best doctor I have seen for my hashimoto's. He cares about how I feel, not just about what the numbers on the lab report says. He has really helped improve my quality of life tremendously. I am so thankful he is my doc!!

Dr. Im is the first doctor who has truly listened to my needs as a Thyroid patient. It is such a complicated illness and he is open to alternative treatment and tailors to your specific case. I am grateful that I have found him. I will say I have not been pleased with the front staff/phone conversations. They are downright rude and do not offer much information. I will continue to put up with it because my health is worth 5 minutes of bad treatment. I would suggest training/development in customer service, however.

Amazing dr. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I tracked him down after he moved practices. After having to try two other Drs because of not knowing where he went, I finally found him and have been so happy I did. If you want a caring doctor who isn't afraid of telling you the ways things should be and actually cares how your feeling, Dr Im should be your first choice! You won't be disappointed...

Dr. Im is the best doctor that I've ever been to. I was always hesitant to see new doctors because of previous bad experiences with other doctors, but Dr. Im is very friendly and down to Earth! He actually LISTENS and doesn't seem frustrated or in a hurry!!! I felt so comfortable with him and felt like I was actually heard. The rest of his staff was also very kind - even on the phone! - and the office wait time was minimal.

Really happy with my thyroid treatment from Dr Im.. .. he's open to alternative things and doesn't belittle my questions. I do wish that the office staff there in Dublin would present themselves a little better -- they all look like they just rolled out of bed and are kind of grumpy.
