His office is efficient. He is kind, sharp and explains everything well. I have been happy with the care he has provided since I first met him when he was part of my family member's care team in the neuro ICU. He was able to quickly remove a foreign body from my ear after 3 providers at urgent care were unable to. He treated pain in my nose 2 days ago and it has already improved. His office is easy to get to. I would recommend him 100%.

Dr Sperer has a wonderful disposition and was keenly aware of how to treat my sinus problems. He listened to me and asked many questions to ensure he was clear on everything I said about my sinus issues. He then diagnosed me with a nasal spray that actually worked the first time I used it. I was elated as I was staying home most of the time due to my problem. This opened the door for me as far as feeling 100 % better and more confident when dealing with others. I felt very comfortable and confident with Dr Speyer. I recommend him 100%. 5 stars

Dr. Speyer ENT is truly an exceptional physician and surgeon. He performed surgeries for both of my children a couple of years ago, and our experience from start to finish was outstanding. Dr. Speyer is very thorough in his examinations with my hearing, answers my questions thoroughly and addresses my concerns. He has been my physician for 10+ years. He conducts himself very professionally.

I was referred to Dr Speyer because Nasal Polyps were blocking my breathing. He suggested surgery to remove the polyps. I had the surgery and thought all was well. Less then a year later I started noticing the congestion returning. I returned to Dr Speyer about the problem. He told me that it was my fault for taking aspirin for a occasional headache. He then stormed out of the exam room, not to return. I proceeded to get a second opinion from a highly regarded ENT. This doctor told me that I would need another surgery since Dr Speyer did not remove the polyps roots and it had nothing to do with aspirin or anything else I had done. The second Surgery was performed by the second ENT less than a year later to complete Dr Speyer's work. It has been two now since the second surgery and finally all is well Unless you want to have multiple surgeries don't let Dr Speyer operate on you.

Courteous staff, Dr. Speyer was prompt, patient with my concerns, explained my procedure and the results were fantastic.

I was blessed Dr Spyer was on call for St Thomas West a year ago. I wasn’t really expected to live but I did! Dr Spyer upon hearing I was going to a a G tube, immediately said please let me help you.He had his nurse set up an appointment with the best surgeon at Vanderbilt. I no longer have silent aspiration and I’m back to work,eating and drinking. He’s a very compassionate doctor who does the right thing! Thanks to all his staff as well!

I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. The guy diagnosed me with Ménière's disease but would not give me a solution. I am a mother of 3 and this has affected me daily. After the third visit with him, he told me I needed to see my PCP or I need to find a neurologist. His bedside manners were awful...I sat in awkward silence for 5 minutes while he wrote in my chart without saying a word. I think I could've gotten more of a response out of a brick wall. I seriously would not waste my time with this guy.
