Dr Garcia has been one of my doctors for several years, now. He is one of the few who seems to really care and answer all my questions. Other doctors seem to rush through their exams and fly out the exam room. Often, I have to stop these other doctors at the door and tell them, "Oh, I have another question". One retarded doctor had the audacity to tell me, "you ask too many questions". Dr Garcia is patient, caring, and he answers all my questions, and I would recommend him.

I would definitely not recommend Dr. Garcia to a friend, or anyone for that matter. I was diagnosed with a lump on my that needs to be monitored for growth and cancer every year. Every time I have a thyroid level test done, I have to call Dr. Garcia for my results and it seems harder than necessary to get the results. The doctor should call the patient. This last incident was the final straw. I had an ultrasound done on Monday. I waited to see if I would get a call Tuesday. Of course not. I called Wednesday. No call back, so I called again Thursday morning. At 3pm (closing time and they aren't open Friday) still no call, so I called the office. The receptionist assured me I would get a call today. At 5:30pm, Dr. Garcia's nurse called to tell me that he would like to schedule a recheck for Monday to review the lab results. If this was the case, I could have set the recheck for Tues, Wed, or Thurs. I told them I would no longer be going to that office and requested a copy of my… records. I called Monday to get results over the phone. They "pulled Dr. Garcia out of a room", when I said he could call me back. He spent less than a minute on the phone with me telling me how large it is and that a can or cannot have it biopsied, then told me he had to get back to his appointment and hung up before I could ask any questions. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism. Don't waste your time with Dr. Garcia.

I had an appointment with Dr. Garcia this afternoon. I had many questions, but he couldn't have been more patient or thorough. His scope of expertise seemed beyond his his specialty. What a wonderful doctor!
