Doctor Annabi makes you feel like he really cares about you. Takes care of what is wrong with you. He is very funny

This was my first time going with Dr. Annabi. I had taken my grandmother to a few of her appointments, she recently passed. The wait to see him was always over 2hours. Dr. Annabi was an excellent, courteous doctor. Always polite and compassionate however..... I Can Not say the same about the staff. From the front desk to the nurses in the back, to the phlebotomist, sadly no good customer service whatsoever. Not a "good morning" or a "how are you feeling." Always,and I mean always with their phones out, no smiles, the complete OPPOSITE of the doctors behavior. I really Hope this review is read so some serious changes can be made for the rest oif those patients that were likemy grandma.

My mother is hospitalized and Dr Annabi is the primary care doc for the ICU patients (so appointment times are not applicable.) He's a vivacious friendly man, totally upbeat. Bedside manner is excellent. Thus far, he's gone to bat for my mother, which I appreciate.

Doc is the best! He listens and really cares about getting you better. I also like that I can get in anytime even if I don't have an appointment. By far the best Dr. I have seen in El Paso, great staff too.
