Dr. Michael Wayne Bratton, MD

Hand is 70% numb from carpal tunnel release surgery. A simple procedure that I have to live with the rest of my life because he screwed up.

Poor excuse for a Dr had nothing but trouble since day of surgery and I still can't walk

I have been to 3 other ortho doctors, Dr bratton is absolutely wonderful. My husband is more pickey than I am and he really likes him so that says a lot. Bratton is very up front, he listens and he cares. I wouldn't go to any other

My husband had surgery on his hand 4 1/2 weeks after it was broken because staff who makes the appointments. I call to make the appointment, I referred that my husbands break had been 2 weeks prior and had not begun to heal and our family dr referred that my husband needed to see Dr Bradton ASAP. The worker blountly referred that if he had waited 2 weeks he could wait two more. when Dr. B seen my husband's hand he was concerned. Dr. B made arrangements for day surgery the following week and then a casting visit the following week. Dr.B was kind and caring and as of this day my husbands hand has started to heal. I referred to the Dr.that we needed to talk with someone about getting his short term disability forms.filled out. We were shown to a office that this worker would help us. I tried to explain that my husband was on leave for a liver diease when he had fallen and broke his hand. This worker raised her voice and referred they did not do any thing with "LIVER DIEASE" I… referred,could she help us fill out a blank disabilty form except for a date of service. She referred that was asking to committ fraud. I ask her to call our insurance and have them fax her a blank form so we get my husband disability funds start since it has been 5 weeks since he had a income. During our conversation worker shown stiff body language and would take long breaths and made no effort to show any skind of concern to help us. If anyone wants to follow up about this incident I have names and dates, Dr. Bradson is a wonderful DR, but his staff who work directly with the public have little to be desire. I give this 000
