Dr. Michael David Smith, DO

He was a near death expert.

I love Dr. Smith! He is friendly, knowledgeable and a great doctor. He and his staff are just wonderful and I can’t say enough about the mom. The wait time is always very short and he always makes time for me. I love that he brings his dog, Sabrina, in on Wednesday’s. She is so sweet and always greets me when I come. I would highly recommend end him.

I like Dr. Smith and have been a patient for many years. He is a good listener and cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.

I agree his attitude is terrible. He always leave doors open when talking about sensitive information. He has helped me when I really needed itit, after a good 50 minuet wait. Expect about ten minuets with him and the feeling of misery with his demeanor. He's an ok doctor, knowledable, but miserable.

Dr. Smith has been my doctor for a lot of years. Before him I went to his father. He has always listen to me and given me the time I need in the office if I have questions. Sometimes there is a longer wait than I'd like, but I know it is because he is taking more time with someone who needs it.

My family has been going to Dr. Smith for years and years. As a doctor, i suppose he is knowledgeable. But bedside manner?? Oh my. There is very little. His manner is quite bad. He always seems miserable. And to be honest, he treats me with very little respect. He comes in and looks me over for a few seconds, after i just waited for a good 45 mins. Now, on the other hand, he has helped me out with things that have gone above what i expected of him. I suppose it is his attitude which is a turn-off. There is this one Medical assistant (or possibly a nurse) who is just wonderful. I am not sure if she is still there (she is perhaps in her 40's with shoulder-length blonde hair), but she was there for quite a while and she was incredible. So very kind and sweet. But then there is the one front desk lady. I sware she kept me on hold for a solid 30 minutes once. And then her attitude is just angry. She's hung up on me a few times. I don't know if she is still there, but i believe… she is. So in conclusion: Dr. Smith is alright, but his attitude stinks and he doesn't treat patients with much respect. Some of his staff are very sketchy and impolite and treat u like a number. But he can be a good doctor at times, and a couple of his staff members make it worth staying there with their kindness.
