Dr Dattoli is my prostate cancer hero! I was treated with DART and Brachytherapy 15years ago, and I'm doing fine. Everything works, at 69 yrs old, as of today. He and his staff were so professional and kind and several became friends, even. I still get checkups every year. I highly recomend Dattoli Cancer Center. Do not have surgery, my friends. I alomst did, until an old high-school buddy pushed me hard to call Dr Dattoli, and he was so right. I am very grateful to my old buddy and his wife and Dr Dattoli and his terrific staff.

Dr. Dattoli saved my life. I searched the entire state before settling on him. Nobody can convince me any past issues on his part prevented him from giving the best treatment possible. After nearly 2 years of followups I am still cancer free and will support the Doctor no matter what.

Was recommended to Dr. Dattoli by a close friend who was also going through treatment. His (Dr Dattoli's) call to me initially calmed me and gave me peace as he reassured me that although the cancer was all over my body that they have a treatment plan and protocols to eradicate! It's been a little over a year and now am cancer free! I give glory to God, but He is using the knowledge and wisdom of Dr Dattoli and Dr Soni to manifest healing! Dr. Dattoli is by far the most intelligent and caring physician that I have ever had. His “pedigree” is unrivaled and he treats his patients like family. I had a very aggressive cancer 6 years ago and I researched my case and left Massachusetts to see Dr. Dattoli. I’m so glad that I did as I am cancer-free. I really don’t know how he does it but 6 years ago he called me at home at night for 90 minutes! He has since called me 5 times at home! He is so warm and understanding. I’ve met so many patients who share similar stories. The technologies at his Cancer Center are unique and cannot be found elsewhere using radiation delivered with pinpoint accuracy. If only my other physicians like Dr. Dattoli! I owe him my life and then some.

I am 62 years old and upon being diagnosed with prostate cancer I found many conflicting opinions regarding treatment options. My cancer was high risk (Gleason 7,8 and 9) and my urologist told me that if I had radiation, I could never have surgery again! Then, I went to a community support group where I learned that most cancers return after being surgically removed following which radiation and hormones are recommended compounding the side effects of the surgery! It was suggested that I contact Dr. Dattoli who is an expert in all facets of the disease and who successfully treated a few acquaintances. He called me one night and gave a very balanced opinion highlighting the pros and cons of all treatments including his own. He was never pushy. I decided to leave Philly and I was treated by Dr. Dattoli and his wonderful team and completed my treatment 2 years ago. I was on hormones for 6 months and did have side-effects from that but none from the radiation and seeding. I am now… cancer-free and extremely happy to be back to my norm with no side effects at all.

In 2002 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and preceded to have a radical prostatectomy thinking that would take care of the cancer. That was not to be because 5 1/2 years later my cancer returned and I elected to be treated with IMRT thinking this will certainly take care of it. Well much to my surprise it was only 2 1/2 years later the cancer returned so now I knew I was dealing with recurring prostate cancer. The doctors who had treated me and several others I talked to told me there was nothing else they could do for me except put me on deprivation therapy and I did not want that. I was now in search of a doctor who could do MORE for me. As luck would have it I heard about Dr. Dattoli from a friend of mine and gave his clinic a call. To my surprise Dr.Dattoli called me one evening about 5 days later and we talked for about an hour and a half. I knew from that call this was the doctor I was looking for. Dr.Dattoli made me very comfortable and answered all the questions I had… taking as much time as I needed. After the call I entered his treatment program which first had me taking several CTs and MRIs which identified my cancer location traveling up my lymph system from my pelvic region to my chest area. I then met the rest of his staff when I began treatments at his cancer center in Sarasota,Fl. I was totally surprised on how welcome his staff made my wife and I feel. Dr. Dattoli had already told me that being one of his patients I would be treated like family and not just a number. We were finding out this to be very true. Everyone of his staff are truly wonderful and go to great lengths to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible and we did feel just like family. I finished my treatments with Dr.Dattoli in 2012 and have been cancer free since. I think it’s of the utmost importance to find the right doctor for the kind of treatment you need and I found that doctor in Dr. Dattoli. I wish I could have found him before going through all the other that I had already been through but at least I found him before it was to late.If you have been unfortunate to have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and need that SPECIAL doctor I would say look no further because I don’t think you’ll find a finer doctor. You certainly won’t find one that is more knowledgeable, experienced, or that cares as much about his patients as Dr.Dattoli. He gave me my second lease on life just as I was about to run out of options and I’m sure he can do the same for you.

If 5 stars are great, I give Dr. Dattoli and his team 10 Stars You will love being a member of the "Dattoli Ensemble". I have been since age 57 and that was five years ago. I really don't know how they do it but Dr. Dattoli and his team are so inviting, warm, professional and simply astounding from beginning to the end of treatment. I forgot about my cancer and actually enjoyed meeting patients who had come from around the country and world and who had been successfully treated many years ago (some having really complicated cases). I met no one who was unhappy. I also met Dr. Dattoli's partner, Dr. Kaminsky, and he too is a very pleasant and knowledgable person. The technology within the Dattoli facility is second to none (DART) and this team really has their act together. I own a business and employ over a hundred and I honestly don't know how Dr. Dattoli manages to pay so much attention to every detail of the operation in the cancer center. I don't know how he finds the time to… constantly write medical articles and even books while being the guest lecturer at the world's most famous universities. He is the foremost expert on prostate brachytherapy (seed implants) and the hospital that he uses also works seamlessly. I'm cancer-free at age 64 having been treated 5 years ago. I can't recommend the Dattoli Cancer Center enough!
