Wait time was 50 minutes! Dr. Higgins was informative and answered all my questions. He showed me and explained my X-rays . Overall a pleasant visit. Except for the long wait time..!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment @ a location that was convenient for me. Dr Higgins is very patient & takes your complaints seriously. He is never rushed & is always very pleasant. I would highly recommend him!

I like Dr. Higgins. I've seen him twice in the last 15 months for knee issues. He is personable and easy to talk to, with no sense of being rushed. I feel he listened to me and worked with me for my present issue. I will return to him again in the future.

It’s been one year since Dr. Higgins performed my knee replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, Dr. Higgins impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his patients. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident about the surgery. His bedside manner is outstanding — he’s kind, attentive, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients’ well-being and recovery. The surgery itself went smoothly, and my recovery has been remarkable. I’m back to being pain free!! I also want to recognize the entire office staff and medical team. Everyone I encountered — from the receptionists to the nurses— were friendly, efficient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made scheduling, follow-ups, and post-op care so easy and stress-free. If I ever needed another procedure in the… future, I would absolutely return to Dr. Higgins without hesitation. I can’t thank him and his team enough.

Always good getting Dr. Higgins’ explanations and advice! My only wish is that patients be scheduled to see him post-operatively earlier than that last office visit at 3 months. Amanda is phenomenal, but maybe just a quick ‘head-in-the-door’ from Dr.Higgins during one of the other post-op visits?
