These past couple of months have been very traumatic both mentally and physically. I just wanted to express how I greatly appreciate all that you done for me and my family. You made my experience easier by patiently explaining the procedure and helping accept my new normal during a very crucial time. You demonstrated a great deal of professionalism, respect, courtesy, and a genuine concern for my health. In observing your mannerism, I felt comfortable that I was in excellent hands and in the care of one of the best doctors in the field. That was very important, because I only wanted the very best to perform this life changing surgery. I understand that you handle these situations on a daily basis, but from my personal perspective I am grateful that somehow I was able to meet you. I am wholeheartedly thankful for all you have done for me and my family. I will forever be grateful.

Staff does not call in the prescriptions. Recommendation is to get a paper script, because the staff is not reliable when calling and electronically submitting scripts to the pharmacy. This is the second time on two separate visits that the staff has not called in a required script, which is an issue that the Urology Center needs to improve.

I should not have seen this doctor. I heard he did a lot of prostate surgery with the DaVinci robot. Not like the surgeons I met in the city. I wasted my time and money.

Saved my life and all my functionality! The absolute best. Who cares if you have to wait some time to see him. I'll wait when someone is as much of an expert as he is.
