Dr. Michael Jay Aaronson, MD

I find dr Aaronson most competent and compassionate. He recently ordered some endoscopy work but said he wasn’t doing them anymore but another doctor would. Weeks went by no word. I called the other doctor - no referral. I called Dr Aaronsons office back. They had never heard of the other doctor and asked if he was a gastroenterologist and did I have his fax number. They then routed my call to a department that had nothing to do with the issue. Dr Aaronson but has the most incompetent staff I have ever in my 75 years encountered

I always trusted dr aaronson and felt he good in all aspects of his care. But I had a lingering issue and he had to be called by his secretary before he would see me. When he did call back he said it was all part of my irritable bowl. I do not have irritable bowel, I have acid reflux disease two entirely different conditions. Going back to him scares me now

Been seeming Dr Aaronson for over 35 yrs for Crohn's disease that I have had since age 15 He has treat me through 2 bowel resections And has always taken the time with office visits, I have never felt rushed.

This guy deserves 100 stars. Dr aaronson gave me an actual diagnosis while some others blamed it on my weight and said there was nothing they could do. He put a balloon in my throat to stop esophageal spasms. You would truly be blessed to be in his care.

The best bedside manner of any doctor I have seen!

If a patient of Dr. Aaronsons is admitted to the hospital he makes a specific point to stop in and see you.....even if he did not know you were admitted to the hospital late in the evening. . He will call you the day after to inquire of your pain management and spend personal time with you to discuss the future of your illness and what 'his plan is'. He is remarkable and loving and thorough and precise in his care. His wisdom saved my husband's llfe because of his astute knowledge of gastroenterology and the precise knowledge to ordrer the immediate testing needed to bring healing and renewal for pain management and gastric irritable bowel. Without question , Dr Aaronson goes to the head of the class for his keen mind and compassionate doctoral kindness. We love him!!!

Dr, Aaronson is one of the best Doctors that I have been too. All of the above ratings for him and his staff is excellent.
