i called to get info the lady that i was talking with was very rude after i told her i do not have a prim doc . i was ask how do i get the info if i dont have a prim doc . then i was asking for her boss as she hang up on right after she told me to go some where else . so i went to the office to talk with the dr. tepedino she was still rude said i was yelling which yes i was little angry for the way she treated me on th phone and in person did go talk with a lawyer that told me to try to talk with dr. tepedino again so i can let him know how his employee treaded me and i would love to be able to talk with dr tepedino about this and what i can do about the E.D. that i really need to get done was not able to get treatment but did try

I have never left a comment about a Physician before, but due to a spinal cord injury this past year yeat i have had to see multiple Drs. DrTepedino and his office go out of the way to treat you. Very perficional and nice He is a great Dr and I would highly recommend him He explains your problem, and takes time with you. Great experience.

Today marked, with hesitance, a call to this doctor's office due to severe pain, burning and suffering with prostate, hip and pelvic pains. About two months ago, I saw him for the same problem and he told me: "I can't help you", you need to see your primary care dr. So I did, and the primary care dr. said I needed to see a urologist. So we continue on this merry-go-round and still no results. Not being able to sleep or rest for the past few days, I gave up on Labor day and went to the local er which at least they scanned my bladder and did bloodwork and said I would need to follow up with this urologist for a possible cystoscope. Being rather skeptical, I needed some answers. He did not even examine me in my groin nor prostate areas where all the problems are, yet he pressed on my stomach and said from a ct scan about a year ago that I had diverticulitis which he was gonna give me a prescription. Well I asked if this had anything at all to do with my burning and he said no. So… he gave me office samples for me to try. I left as frustrated as ever and will NEVER go back. It is obvious he doesn't have time to get the bottom of my problem but just wants me to go away. So right now at 6:55pm I am no better and dread the night with the severe hellish pain which I hope the dr. NEVER has to deal with or maybe he would understand and not blow me off so easily. It was a wasteful effort and I hope that not everyone is treated this way at this office.

If you want your results, he doesn't get back to you,have to keep calling his office even for precription. I was in his office first part of the month and now it first of next month still doesn't have results of biopsy.
