Dr. Michael E Tobias, MD

Last month, I underwent IJV decompression with Drs. Costantino and Tobias, and the improvement has been remarkable. My pressure headaches, fatigue, and brain fog lifted almost immediately, though I’ll admit that days three and four post-op were the most challenging. Both doctors struck me as thoughtful, highly competent, conservative, and humble in their approach. Once appointments were secured, the process was smooth — free from distractions from anything other than what was in my best interest. Insurance covered everything except minor co-pays, and the only in-person visit required beforehand was a routine pre-op clearance at the hospital. I would recommend Drs. Costantino and Tobias without hesitation — a hundred times over. Based on a family members unfortunate experience (and resulting consequences), I would urge others to be cautious when faced with requirements for large cash payments (for consultations or procedures), or stents as part of treatment for this condition.

As someone with a young child suffering from a traumatic brain injury, I felt it was extremely unprofessional the way dr. Tobias was questioning me and my parenting and after going though such a horrific experience definitely not the right timing.

I can't tell you how much I respect this Doctor. He gave me more then just my life back, but gave my kids their mom back and my husband his wife back. I know there is no cure for my disease, which is pseudotumor cerebri, but he has helped me So much. This man is amazing. He is always polite, kind, and he really listens to you.

We arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment. They moved us to a room at 4:30 where we waited another 20 minutes. His personality and attention was great. What is up with the way they manage the office? People take off work and pull children out of school. Do doctors not understand this?

My 10 week old has an appointment to see Dr Tobias at 9:30 AM. It is now 11AM and we still haven't seen the Dr yet. I took a half day off of work for this appointment and now I have to take the full day off. I don't understand how anyone can disrespect a customer this way. Yes, dr's need to treat patients as customers because we are. What would you do if you had a reservation at a restaurant and they made you wait 2 hours past your reservation time.

Hello!!! my name is Dylan I have 8 years old, I Just get surgery in my brain two week ago, I feel so good and Thankful to Doctor Tobias be my Doctor. He is the best Doctor ever my hero.

Best doctor I have ever had. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 at age 12 now I'm 14. I just have to says thanks for saving me dr Tobias. My fav doc love him.

I would never expect such a brilliant and gifted neurosurgeon to have so much patience respectfulness and ability to explain and clarify every aspect of the diagnosis, treatment and recover

Dr. Tobias is not only an Amazing Dr., but he is a Dr. with a bedside manner and speaks to you and the patient like they are people and not science projects. We love Dr.Tobias and wish all Dr.'s were just like him! I can't say enough good things about him!!!
