Dr. Michele Theresa Gilsenan, DO

Saw this doc at a local urgent care clinic. Every question came with a tone of derision and judgement. Even when she left the room her final comment came with a sneer. Oh and she didn't wear gloves even while administering treatment!

I visited Michele Gilsenan for what I thought was a yeast infection. She made me run several tests, said she didn’t detect Cándida, and that I most likely had trichomoniasis (even though I knew that was impossible). She also suggested that I talk to my boyfriend on his end because he could be cheating on me. She was extremely rude, judge mental, and did not make the environment and confidentiality a patient should have, friendly & supportive. My test results came back negative and I indeed DID have a yeast infection. Horrible. Will never use her again.

Judgemental.

Dr. Gilsenan was very professional and presented confidence in treating me. I had visits to receive gel shots in my knees and she explained the procedure quite well. She said the cushioning would last about 6 months and in fact it's a little longer and I will certainly make another appointment to get the booster shots.

Ridiculous. Ran me around for weeks without a proper disgnosis of my knee injury and then when I pushed for an MRI she couldn't do anything about it because she's not a surgeon Waste of time. See a sports orthopedics first!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gilsenan for several years now and couldn't be happier. She is pro-active in her care and has a terrific bedside manner. I would highly recommend her and the entire medical group in Clark.
