Dr. Michelle Deborah Dewing, MD

Dr DeWing had been my Dr from 3 days after I was diagnosed! She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and caring! I travel anywhere from 2-4 hrs to see her and it is totally worth it! Her staff is wonderful, too! Would recommend her without hesitation!

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I wanted the best available care. Dr. DeWing delivered at every level. Her medical background is impressive-UC Davis Medical School and University of Iowa-both highly competitive medical schools with very selective acceptance criteria. Once I was satisfied that she really knew her stuff, I placed myself in her hands and it has been an over-the-top experience. She is very personable and has been so patient with my questions. She spent as much time with me as I needed-going over my diagnosis and presenting treatment options. The day after my surgery, she called to check up on me (I can’t remember the last time a physician did that in person). I am nearly pain-free 24 hrs. after surgery and I am completely confident in her abilities and councel going forward. Dr. DeWing is truly among the best!
