The scheduling team keeps hanging up the phone and they always have loud noise in the background every time you call to schedule an appointment.

Dr Mercado is an excellent physician! He meets the patient needs, is caring, listens to the patient, explains the issue and provides his recommendation. He is one of the best in the field and can be trusted.

I have had numerous appointments for Dr. Mercado. He is always very professional and friendly… He talks to me like he’s talking to a friend, but I know that he is very aware of the data and my treatment. I will gladly recommend him to other people needing similar treatment.

Dr. Mercado and his entire team are incredible. The professionalism and compassion I was shown at every visit and during surgery was humbling. With 30+ years in healthcare, both at the bedside and administration, I can assure you the care provided by Dr. Mercado and staff is the best you will find.

I had an issue that required outpatient surgery. From my initial e-visit through the surgery and follow up Dr.Mercado is a down to earth friendly doctor who makes you feel extremely cared for. His team is of the utmost patient friendly staff while working safe and professionally. Even better than my primary care doctor and team. I highly recommend This group to anyone needing to see a urologist. Your mind will be at ease and your health taken care of.
