Dr. Milton John Ackerman, MD

See him for your skin problems! That is all I have to say about Dr. Ackerman.......

The MA (the one with the wavy hair and glasses) did not respect my privacy as she purposely left the door open while asking me personal questions - even after I asked her to close the door, she ignored my request and deliberately raised her voice while asking further questions. She was very flippant and irritable when I asked her simple questions as she always replied with "I don't know - up to you/ them" and gave up getting answers because of her attitude. She often gave me a glare and a "I don't want to be here" face. She also made an incredibly rude comment OUT LOUD about my weight when she weighed me in front of other staff and patients. I did not see Dr. Ackerman wash his hands or sanitize his hands at all before treating me/ contact with me. He also did not wear any gloves - I wonder how clean his hands were at all. Not much complaints about him except he puts you on a regimen that requires you to come back for multiple visits throughout the months - this is a way to boost… his "encounters and revenue." This is extremely frustrating when this is not needed at all. At the end of the visit scheduling was difficult because the same MA was "helping" me and made it very very difficult to schedule an appointment. Even after her rude remarks I said thank you and have a good weekend - I got no response as she stared back clearly began talking about me once I walked through the waiting room. I've been coming several times within the past 3 months and will be switching providers. Horrible experience. Horrible staff - okay doctor.

Dr. Ackerman should be cloaned. He is so accurate and professional. He calls me when he says he will call and diagnosed my Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma quickly.He is very comforting.
