She is an excellent doctor!

Yes...There is a L O N G wait time way past your appointment time. You will have to see another doctor specialist too. I went to her for swimmers ear and was told to see an ENT doctor. I went to Urgent Care instead and they treated my ear and I waited maybe 10 minutes to see the doctor not over an hour. I will not waste any more of time and money for Dr Galante to say I need to see a specialist. She also has a bucket at check-out to give more money because doctors just can't make enough to live on without it. You will see it at checkout. There are good respectable doctors in that same building that have better credentials than her.

She is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Her compassion, her love and kindness, incomparable.

Dr. Galante is very compassionate and kind. She really care about her patients. I like that when I go there is a one stop to cover all my necessities. Lab, x rays, ultrasound etc. Maybe you have to wait a little sometimes but if you take in consideration that once you do everything in there it only takes you a fraction of the time if you go to different places to do all of that. My adults kids goes there too and they love her. Thank you ?? Dr. Galante for always being there for us. Love ?? the Canales.

She treatment like I'm an stupid

I agree with the last review. The wait time is terrible, I waited over an hour for someone to see me and then another 20 min in the room. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk and was told, that’s just how it is, and she went on saying they are sharing the building with other doctors and it can get busy. It’s a lame and sorry excuse, very unprofessional wait time, however the Dr. is great, I love her. Please do something with your WAIT TIME, you are not the first doctor I’ve gone too, so I know there are ways to satisfy your patients, especially your new ones.

Dr Galante is a wonderful dr very caring and loving

I would NOT recommend this Doctor to anyone. My first visit she spent quality time with me. Each appointment after that was about 3-4 minutes. Not enough time when your sick. She's also very rude. She "and" or her office made a mistake with my labs. They called me saying the Doctor needed to see me because she was concerned about them. When I got there, she scolded me like a 5 year old child saying I don't have you labs just notes. I'm not writing any prescriptions without them. Mind you she did have them in her "notes", sent by the specialist, SHE sent me to. She continued to scold me from the room into the hallway where there were other Doctors, staff and patients. I have never been so embarrassed. I didn't appreciate her being loud and obnoxious so everyone around could hear my personal business. So much for your privacy as a patient.

Poca ética profesional desde la entrada con la secretaria hasta las enfermeras. No recomiendo a nadie irse de camping a esa oficina

Horrible experience. Run you can. No respect for the patient
