Very long wait times and very rushed visits.

Terrible services. Unpleasant experience. Very unprofessional and unreasonable to patients.

Excellent manner, knowledgeable beyond that of two other doctors treating my allergic skin issue. Kudos to his staff for squeezing me in on very short notice. Thanks so much for getting me out of misery expdiently!

I would never have imagined that a dermatologist could become so completely ingrained in an entire family's medical life, but that's what Dr. Mandel has done over the last 18 years. He sees my entire family and has treated us for everything from acne to rashes to carcinomas. In addition, he's become such a trusted doctor that he stays on top of all of our medical records, even for things that don't relate to dermatology. He's been there for us for good times (he saw me three times in the week leading up to my wedding to handle every little blemish) and bad times (when my father passed away, who he knew extremely well and had treated for years, I cried in his office). I can't recommend him highly enough and trust him implicitly with my health.

Dr Mandel is a great find. I have been to three Dermatologists prior to seeing Dr Mande over a three month period and all they did was look at me from across the room and prescribe creams. Dr Mandel actual sat down to talk with me, examined me, and took several tests and he accurately diagnosed and treated my skin problem!

I have been to a few dermatologists and never had any results. Then I was refered to Dr. Mandel and I am thankful forever. He is the nicest man and the greatest dermatolgist. His office staff is great as well. I have been a patient of his for almost 5 years now and he is the best!

From the initial phone call to the actual visit (I had to change my appointment three times due to my work schedule) Dr Mandel's staff was excellent and courteous. Dr Mandel himself was by far the best Dermaologist I have seen (I have been to four others). He was the first to actually take tests and he finally figured out what was wrong with me and treated my problem. He is the best!

He made me buy his own line of products, instead of prescribing them. There was a tiny jar of an antifungal for $25 that turned out, when I peeled off the label to be clotrimazole, commonly available over the counter at any pharmacy for $4, and a cleanser, also for $25. If I were a low income patient, this would be a heck of a lot. The next derm. I saw said this was unethical
