Dr. Mohamed Mohamed Fahim, MD

I spent a lot of wasted time with this doctor. Getting insurance approval took weeks because they didn’t file pre authorization promptly. None of the treatments worked for me and when I asked for Dr Fahim to return a call he never did. Moving on to another doctor. If you want pain relief quickly don’t waste your time here.

My experience with Dr Fahim himself has been fine. However, the nurse, Karen, has been very unprofessional and dragging her feet with insurance authorizations. I have been waiting two weeks to a month in between procedures. My insurance company has needed more info to approve a procedure and Karen will not submit it. My insurance company never takes more than 3 days to approve anything. I am very unsatisfied with my experience at this office. If you want your pain managed do NOT go to Dr. Fahim if Karen is still working there. I have been going there for 10 months and my pain is getting worse instead of better. A month between procedures is uncalled for.

My mother has been seeing Dr. Fahim for several months for hop and back pain. He and the other staff are very caring and professional, and have helped relieve her pain significantly.

Bedside manners need major improvement. Excellent doctor otherwise.

I have been very happy with the care I have received. They are prompt and courteous, quick with getting prescriptions called in and getting insurance approvals for procedures.

THIS MAN HAD THE BED SIDE MANNER OF A RABID DOG. HE NEVER LET YOU SPEAK, HE WAS A TOTAL JERK WHEN HAVING CONVERSATION WITH YOU. HE WAS ARROGANT AND INTOLERABLE. IT TOOK 6 DAYS FOR SOMEONE FROM HIS OFFICE TO ATTEMPT TO CALL A PRESCRIPTION IN AFTER HAVING CALLED THEM TWICE AND THEN THEY COULDN'T REMEMBER WHERE TO SEND IT AFTER HAVING BEEN TOLD. IF YOU TRULY NEED A DOCTOR THAT WILL LISTEN TO YOU AND TRY TO HELP THEN YOU DON'T WANT AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM.

he recommended not to allow myoblocs injections that my attending doctor has been using in my treatment for last 8 yrs. these shots have been helping my conditions along with nerve blocks better anything else.this doctor made these statments and never has seen me. how can some hired gun doctor be able to do this to another doctor and his patient of 12 yrs ???
