Dr. Mohammed Saud Anwar, MD

Dr. Anwar is an outstanding expert pulmonologist. In addition he has expertise in related fields including cardiology, environmental issues, and internal medicine which results in precise and relevant diagnosis. I had no complaints whatever about his professional diagnoses, treatments, and results. He never rushes the appointment and explains everything thoroughly, and unlike other doctors he is available by phone and doesn't otherwise require a new appointment to thus follow-up, nor does he order unnecessary tests. The staff is very courteous and competent. I highly recommend Dr. Anwar.

Dr. Anwar sets the example for which all physicians should strive. He has profound expertise which he combines with an easy manner. When first interviewing a patient he looks into their eyes and lets them speak. You can tell her listening and understanding not only what is being said but the way it is being said. He is very careful in his communication to make sure that the patient understands their problem and agrees with any treatment plan. He even takes the time to call the patient at home to make sure they are doing well. The fact that he can do this while being a political leader (the mayor) in his community reflects the compassion and caring he has for all those he serves. There are very few like him and he deserves more than 5 stars!

We changed care for my sister do to distance. Upon our first visit to Dr Anwar, he immediately ordered a scan after looking at previous xrays. Dr Anwar found cancer in my sisters lung and immediately started all necessary tests. His communication and caring attitude helped tremendously with no panic. No within 3 week period her surgery is scheduled and we are feeling very positive. Thank you to Dr Anwar and his staff. Amazing experience with this health professional.

If he was a family practice doctor, I would most certainly move my records to him. He interceded in a condition I have when not even my primary bothered. Top notch physician.
