This doctors office wants you to come in as many times as they can get you to so they can continue to bill insurance. Dr. Nall is inconsiderate and I feel like I’m a paycheck not a person. Very disappointed

My wife was a patient of Dr. Nall and was extremely satisfied with her. After my primary relocated, I was forced to find a new doctor. I am very pleased with Dr. Nall and the entire staff. I have also used the walk-in services as well and have never waited more than 30 minutes to be seen. I would recommend any of the doctors here.

A 4 hour wait. The office staff is rude. Dr. Nall came in the room and I told her how long I waited, she took offense and told me I was bipolar and I needed to go to anger management in just 4 minutes I was in the room. I have never been seen at this office before and no tests were ran, so wow how could she say I was bipolar. I have a successful career and I don't think someone who is bipolar really can hold down a job. I would beware of this office and look at all the other reviews. Interesting: I asked after an hour 1/2 wait if I should reschedule or come back later, I was told that if I left then I would start back over and have to wait again and longer. Is this a mind game/mental abuse or what? Never again will I wait at an office.

4 hour wait. Office staff very mean. 4 years with this practice and each time got worse and worse. Even my patients that get referred to my office hates this practice. My family will never step foot back in that office ever again

We were looking for a new family doctor for a family of six, so a good doctor and doctors office that was professional in patient care is essential for us. We decided to give Dr. Nall a chance. We called and easily scheduled an appointment for my wife and myself at 10am and 10:30am respectively, since we were new patients we talked to the receptionist over the phone while setting this up and we went ahead and got all of the new patient forms off the web site and filled them out at home prior to our visit to make everything smooth and timely. Day of we showed up at the time for the appointment as scheduled, turned in our pre-filled out paperwork and gave them copies of our DL and Insurance cards. Then the wait started. In all fairness we never actually got to see Dr. Nall, but her staff was unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. Our story in short, after waiting an hour in the reception room, we went to the front window and asked why it was taking so long. Apparently the office had… changed our appointments to more than an hour and a half later than we set them up, with no personal call from a office staff Member to notify us or ask us if the later appointments would be OK, they would not as they would make us late for other appointments dealing with our 7 year old twins. In fact they didn't even tell us it had been changed once we arrived at our agreed on time of 10. At this time we asked them if we could cancel our appointments, as we did not have any more time to wait around hoping to be seen. I also asked to speak to the office manager and to have all of our paperwork we had provided, with personal info, Social Security numbers, DL numbers. etc... on them, to be given back to them. Another 15 minutes later the office manager came up and immediately blamed me and my wife, saying it was our fault as we should have received a call from their automated appointment reminder system that would have given us the changed times. I felt this was a bad system, as appointments are made during their office hours and in conjunction with us to fit our schedule during their open slots, so changing us at their leisure and not verifying it was OK with us was unacceptable. Then she became aggressive and physically had a tug of war over handing us back our own paperwork and personal information we brought with us to the office. She was trying to force us to stay and saying they would get us back as soon as possible, after we had already been there an hour and twenty five minutes waiting. This was the worst doctors office visit I have ever experienced.

I have complex medical issues and Doctor Nall goes out of her way to make sure all the issues and medicines are working properly. I recommend Doctor Nall if you want your medical problems solved.

I felt very comfortable and at ease with Dr. Nall. Very easy to talk to and she listened very well with all that I told her.

Dr Nall is an excellent doctor. Her office if swift, efficient, offers late hours and saturday appts as well as walkin care. I saw her for help with weight loss and she got genuinly excited with me about my goals and made me feel positive about the outcome. I went to her again for a bad sinus infection/cellulitis and I was able to see Joyce Nichol ARNP who gave me no nonsense advice about exactly what was going on and how to proceed. I love this office. Anyone who doesn't love this doctor/office needs a psych consult!

Dr. Nall is inexperienced and insensitive. She lacks thoroughness assessments and exams.
