There is no adequate parking, patients are overbooked and it usually takes 2 hours to be seen! Laser surgeries are done every 10 minutes on laser days and you never get more than 5 minutes with the doctor and he never wants to release your records to you!! YOU NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER OUT OF THIS DOCTOR AS TO YOUR EYE PROBLEM!! HIS PAT ANSWER IS YOU NEED A LASER TOUCHUP AND HE DOES MANY OF THESE !!!! MY LAST VISIT TOOK ME 4 HOURS TO BE SEEN BY THIS DOCTOR!!!! CDC GUIDFLINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED IN THIS OFFICE , NO COVID SPACING OF 6 FEET IS OBSERVED HERE!!! PEOPLE BRING THEIR WHOLE FAMILIES TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS AND THIS CAUSES A SEATING SHORTAGE !!!!! "COVID BREEDING GROUND" !!!!! WORST DOCTOR IN CENTRAL FLORIDA !!!!!!

The front office has the worst attendants I have ever seen in a medical office. I am also a doctor. I know how it works, and I know many colleagues and medical offices. I have never seen anything that bad. They are totally unprofessional. I didn't have my consultation as I felt so disrespected mostly by the chief attendant that I cancel the appointment and left the office. Be sure I will never refer anybody to go there

I had a Blepharoplasty upper and lower eyelid, for a week I couldn't opened the eyes, the incision were uneven, the stitches ripped out along the incision, I call the office and I got a sale speech how good was the doctor. I was left with long deep scars beside the eyes, excess of skin on the top and under the eyes, asymmetry eyes that cause the disfiguration of my face. I had a reconstructive surgery that last four hours and almost $ 8,000.00 dollar to fix Dr. Cartwright unsuccessful surgery

Cartwright and the techs in the Orange ave. office appear to know what they're doing, but that doesn't hold for his staff. They're the most incompetent and unprofessional of any medical office personnel I've ever dealt with and don't seem to care that they're terrible. They had printed out a sheet of future appointments for me and ended up calling me on other days asking why I wasn't there for an appointment. Then the last time I was there I waited for almost two hours past the scheduled time watching people come and go before me. I finally had to ask the attendant who was calling people if they knew I was there and it turns out I wasn't on the list even after I'd signed in and paid my copay. I don't know if the situation is any better at the Kissimmee office, but avoid the Orange ave. one.

A lot of time to waiting for everything, he does’nt like to explain treatment & diagnostic, he don’t care the patient I was there with my daughter (3yrs old ) she loss a lot of vision waiting for surgery or a good treatment hopefully I found other good Dr.

I had a bad experience with a bad fungus in my right eye and would have lost vision in the eye if Doctor Cartwright had not have helped me. He saved my sight in the eye. I will recommend Doctor Cartwright to anyone that want's the best. My wife is now going to him for regular checkup and some repair work. He is the very best. Thank you Tom Hodgson Sr.
