Dr. Edwin was very knowledgeable and thorough but appeared rushed as her speech was very rapid, she moved very quickly between tasks and eye contact was fleeting. If caseloads were more reasonable perhaps she would not appear so rushed.

It was my first time seeing this provider, so I don't have a established relationship with them yet. I value consistency In my medical care. I prefer to have a more personal provider/patient relationship more than a "business as usual" one. I value being heard with my concerns and because I don't have that yet with this new provider, it felt off to me. This isn't the providers fault, more of a turnover of providers situation. This is my 4th provider over all the years I've been a patient here. That just rubs me the wrong way. That said, I look forward to establishing a good provider/patient relationship with them in the coming years.
