Dr. Nava Andra Segall, MD

We have been very dissatisfied with care. Dr. Segall refused to recognize my son's ADHD, insisting that he was just in the wrong school. Now that I'm trying to switch pediatricians, Dr. Segall charged us $90 to transfer medical records, which I still have not received, more than one month after the request was made. I've called the office three times now to get the records, which I need to make an appointment with a different doctor. It's impacting our ability to get adequate care.

She's a wonderful doctor and takes the time to explain everything. She never comes across as rushed.

As a first time parent, I'm constantly fighting the urge to be over- or under-dramatic over every little thing. Dr. Segall listens to my concerns, always has timely appointments (even last minute ones), and eases my fears by being thorough. She explains situations in a way that I can understand. She is clearly very knowledgeable. And she is conservative, which I appreciate. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician.
