I could write a very long review but her are my points: Very intelligent, very dependable, always focused on me, always looks deeper into the tests (in doing so determined the root cause of my issue), very sincere, amazingly remembers my history and prior action plans, and searches out advice from other on more serious issues or observations. I could go on with many more great qualities he has. I recommend Dr. Taufen for all of the above and because I have been seeing him for years, I totally trust him and his opinion and am proud to call him my friend.

Dr Taufen (Primary Care) kept going in & out of the office & finally coming back with an off the wall plan of action. The man is way to hyper & needs to be more patient. We felt extremely rushed. He does not listen & has a problem with communication. In addition, we later found out that he billed for items not yet performed. Please be aware when making your choice of who will be seeing.

my whole family see dr. taufen and he is very caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Taufen if anyone is looking for a great place to care for all your family health needs.

Unfortunately, due to a few last minute appointments, I had to see this doctor more than once. I was in a minor car accident and I was experiencing some chest pain (I'm assuming from the seatbelt) and wanted to make sure nothing serious was wrong. When I saw Neil Taufen, he told me I probably was having a panic attack and breathed too hard (????) He didn't even bother doing any physical examination.

This guy is strange. When I began menopause I went in for a pregnancy test just to make sure it was menopause and not pregnancy. Instead of giving me my test results, he asked me, "Have you had intercourse lately?" (I'm in my 50s, happily married, and I do know how babies are made.) I replied it was none of his business. He then asked me, "What do you know about menopause?" I answered I know what menopause is, what are the results of my test? He said, "Oh, so you just want the results of your test?" (Well, duh!) I have had to see this doctor at other times when no other doctor was available, and every single time I get some kind of weird hard time from him. I DO NOT recommend this guy, he is strange.
