I am in my first trimester and visited this drs office as a walk-in because I tried to call and set an appointment however the line was busy the entire day and when I finally got through a Spanish speaking women rudely hung up on me telling me to call back when they come from break even though I tried to explain to her I’ve been trying to call all day . However I decided I will just personally make this apt and when I got there the receptionist was very nice and told me I could be seen today but by a nurse not the dr so I did . I got a nurse to try and take my babies first heart beat and she wasn’t able to hear anything , of course that’s not a good sign so when the next nurse (dr tabola or abjola something like that , black guy with a scar on his head) came to give me a pap I asked him for a ultra sound because obviously no heart beat is not good and I haven’t had a ultrasound yet since I found out I was pregnant . He insisted I only take one after 16 weeks even though I tried to tell… him I really don’t feel comfortable doing that especially after hearing my child has no heart beat and how would you know when I’m 16 weeks if you refuse to give me a ultrasound with a more accurate time frame because they measure your child for better accuracy. He swore going by my period was good enough and just told me I’m 10 weeks and said in 6 weeks I will get a sonogram to know the gender. I left so lost and frustrated I started spotting shortly after and rushed to the hospital. They immediately gave me a ultrasound and informed me the drs I went to obviously have no idea how to treat a pregnant person If the heart beat is ever a concern . My point in writing this is to inform other women how important it is to have a ultrasound done as soon as possible because you don’t know the state of your baby OR the amount of time you’ve been pregnant without a one . Needless to say they were wrong I wasn’t even 10 weeks I was 9 weeks after my ultrasound was taken and my baby was fine I needed iv because I was severely dehydrated. If you are looking for drs that actually care about your concerns I recommend Plantation General Hospital because I swear they treat you as if YOU ARE the baby. Take care.

Worst experience in a doctor office I have ever had. Waited for more than one hour to see a doctor. Nurses are rude. Nurse asked me 3 times my last name trying to label a test-tube instead of copying it from the file, I am not even sure she did it correct and if I will get the results of the test. This was my first and last visit to that office.

Doctor Adams has been my doctor for many years, he's very professional, kind and understand. He delivered my my May 2014 he's the best. Most all of for me he's bedside manner is the best. Wonderful doctor!

Dr.adams is very professional abd kind. My last pregnancy i lost the baby abd had to have a D&C done. Before the proceedure he came abd prayed woth me by my bed. I am now pregnant again and Dr. Adams and Rochelle Bruno and wonderful medical professionals.

I have been with Dr. Nelson Adams for over 20 years, he is always professional and explain everything with full understanding. I now have my daughter going to him as well. I have also recommended that my family members and friends seek his services. I would not trade him for any other doctor.

Dr. Adams is by far, the best ObGyn in town! My pregnancies are considered high-risk and I never worry when I'm in the care of Dr. Adams. I trust him and will be looking forward to my next "first visit" real Soon! Congrats to my husband and I!!!

I have been going to Dr. Adams' office since I got pregnant with my son over six years ago...he is friendly, knowledgable, professional and has an old-fashioned 'bedside manner' that a lot of doctors just don't have these days. He delivered my son and it was reassuring to see a familiar face at such a stressful time. I still go there for routine gyn exams (his Physician Asst. Rachelle Bruno, is great too). Highly recommended!
