If I could describe my experience at Dr Patel’s office in one word it would be AMAZING!!! Dr Patel is very knowledgeable, patient and takes the time to answer every single question and concern. His staff is very professional, the tech are so sweet and reassuring and Jamie, I simply LOVE her!!!! After being in the hospital with Covid for 10 days it has been a blessing to come to their office and see my baby is doing great. I’m very grateful and feel blessed that I’m their patient, I have to come on a weekly basis to monitor my baby and I look forward to my appointment. I highly recommend Dr Patel and his amazing staff!!!

I’m going to write down some reasons to not go there. 1. Long wait time. 2. Scam: I went to do ONE Nuchal Translucency ULTRASOUND. Once I got there they did 2 more ultrasounds without my knowledge and my consent. 3. The office called to make the appointment, and said that they already had all my information, so they checked my insurance and Told me to bring $250 because my insurance would not cover anything before the deductible. It was the amount for the procedure (NT ultrasound). When I went there the first thing was to give my documents and pay the $250. I received a bill charging $685.15 more. 4. I asked multiple people to call the office and ask how much the NT ultrasound costs and both got the same answer: $250. 5. We tried to talk to the office to fix this but the manager said it was explained to me. It never happened! She also said that they had to do 2 more ultrasounds because that they can’t get all the measurements just with the NT. Question: Do they have the… right to do whatever they want and not explain? Who gives the consent to do more ultrasounds? 6. The manager said that if I was paying without insurance it would be just $250. But I have insurance, so they are charging $375 for the NT; $375 for OB ultrasound 1st trimester; $281 OB ultrasound transvaginal. (I had just done the two extra ultrasounds that were performed without my consent or knowledge at my doctors) 7. The manager doesn’t let us to talk and she’s kinda rude. Didn’t seem sensitive with the situation and didn’t want to fix this or anything. 8. The office does not give the report for the patient. I called a couple times and they said they sent it to my doctor. I practically had to beg for them send it to me and when I I said that my doctor doesn’t own my information and I’m the one paying it, They said that they were going to fax it to me. NEVER DID. Finally I was able to get the report from my doctor. Another frustration. There are no images of the placenta, measurements and etc. A very poor report! 9. Without a proper report I cannot get a second opinion. 10. Dr Patel does a virtual consultation and he said I had a complete placenta prévia (12 weeks pregnancy) so I had some restrictions. He said to schedule another appointments in 4 weeks $$$$$$$$$$. I talked to two other doctors and they both disagreed. I canceled my appointment my follow up appointment.

Doctor Patel is very knowledgeable and cares about you. Has time to listening to you and explain things. His team is adorable. The images technicians are wonderful and spend their time getting every detail of the baby. Lisa is amazing. Love all them

Terrible experience, never had to pass for anything like that. They charged me before I see the doctor a deductable of $200 from the insurance, when I receive the explanation of my benefits of my health insurance my deductable was only $64, not $200 as they charged me. And is been 2 months and they simply don’t wanna refund me the difference of the ammount. This is a fraud, hungry office, all about money!

Was very happy with Dr. Patel and his staff. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very informative. Would definitely go back to him. Had no problems with making my appointments. Courteous staff.

I was sent there by my Obgyn. I had questions pertaining to my pregnancy and all I got from Dr Patel was a condescending attitude. I'm also a health professional and it bothers me when doctors behave that way. I would never visit his office again. Ever. The service was poor. I wish I could get my money back.

I was called in to do several ultrasounds for low fluid levels. He had placed me on bed rest and had me in his office for 2-3 hours every other week doing these stress tests, ultrasounds, and long waiting room waits. Turns out my fluid levels were never low and I had other doctors state that all these visits were unnecessary and causing me more stress and money than they were actually worth. His office staff is extremely rude and unwilling to work around your schedule. They will schedule you for a certain time and then leave you in the waiting room for hours on end. I spent no more than 3 minutes with Dr. Patel at each visit, maybe 10 with the ultrasound technician, and the rest of the time waiting. He never fully explained any "problem" he diagnosed me with and pretty much said to trust him. Very poor practices high I had confirmed by other doctors. It's about getting your money, not about keeping you and baby healthy.

Money hungry doctor--- He and his staff insists on unneeded follow ups.
