His kindness, patience, and professionalism made me feel safe and confident every step of the way. Going to an OBGYN has always been a very uncomfortable experience and brough on some anxiety for me. I don't like being in such a vulnerable position. My last exam from another provider was so uncomfortable for me I absolutely hated it, the experience and dislike the DR; and this was a woman. So, I searched for a new provider on my insurance and this one was registered as Florida Women's care, so I looked up some reviews and liked what I read. Turns out the DR and I are members of the same Faith Group. I had never met him directly that I am aware of, but our daughters new each other, and I am happy It did not click because I never would have schedule with this group or seen this Dr. had I realized we could possibly see one another socially. I am happy that I did schedule with this provider and DR. after the fact. For the first time some of that anxiety I always experienced was reduced by the end of the appointment. The Medical assistant was very thorough in her questions and… answers, as well as the DR. I felt genuine care for my overall health and did not feel rushed in any way. The Dr and his assistant had an over peaceful and comforting approach and I am happy I have finally found a consistent place I will return to after going through 3 different DR's since moving to Palm Beach.

I highly recommend Dr. Swartzlander and his staff. From the moment you walk into the office you feel very welcome. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. Dr. Is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything and answer every question! 10/10

I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife. Dr. Ty accepted her as his patient at her 32nd weeks of pregnancy. (My wife had no pregnancy related problems) Unfortunately for us, Dr. Ty had an upcoming vacation around our estimated delivery time. (Another MD. from his office was going to cover for him and that was ok for us) Around the 37th week of her pregnancy, my wife got into labor and we rushed her to the hospital. (calling Dr. Ty’s office beforehand) She went to labor moments after we arrived and hospital’s midwife attended to her delivery instead of an MD. from Dr. Ty's office. Neither right after the delivery, nor during our two days stay at hospital, again, no MD. from Dr. Ty's office nor Boca Regional hospital OBGYN Department showed and performed the needed postpartum checks on my wife. (We even discharged by hospital’s general department) After that experience, we called his office and his staff told us that the covering MD was with another patient at… that time and they did not even return to us after that. During our attempts to get an answer for this mistreatment, no one at his office was able to tell us that why any doctor from the office did NOT come to perform needed postpartum checks on my wife and our newborn during our hospital stay. The most disappointing let down wasn’t even that. One week later, my wife had a huge bleeding out of nowhere and we had to rush back to the ER. Turns out, they did NOT clean her womb after delivery and because of that, big chunks of remainings were causing that unexpected dangerous bleeding. Two days after that scary experience, we visited Dr. Ty office ( he was finally be able to see us ) We told him what happened and let him know that we were very upset and disappointed. We just wanted to get a good medical care for my wife and our newborn that we paid for. But, instead, we got nothing from him and his office during and after my wife's delivery. After all, when we kindly asked for a refund (money we paid for the services but we did NOT get) we got an answer from him: " that is unfortunute but we can not do anything about it. And, if you want to sue us, it will be expensive for you." So, we didn’t get any refund or any type of compensation for their wrongdoing. All of those troubles were just in vain. I'm writing this review for letting everybody know so they will not be treated badly as we were treated. Please search your OBGYN wisely.

He helped me get pregnant and delivered my firstborn. The whole staff is friendly and gives off a good vibe. He really cares about his patients and makes it a priority to listen to you and make you feel comfortable. Never a huge wait time always in and out. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone.

My only regret was not finding Dr. Swartzlander and his incredible team at Boca Babes OBGYN earlier. I first starting seeing him as a patient at the start of my pregnancy with my second baby. Even after having had bad experiences with my prior OB, I struggled with the decision to switch OBs. Before meeting Dr. Swartzlander I had already met another OB and was planning on meeting at least one more before making a decision. From the moment I walked through their door and met Dr. Swartzlander and his team, I left his office feeling at home and knew I had found my new OB. I felt very comfortable, relaxed, and knew I was in caring and very capable hands. Every one in his office was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I looked forward to each appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided great advice. He never seemed rushed and always happily explained things using terms I could understand. His office valued punctuality. Out of all the appointments I had during… my pregnancy with my second baby, I was almost always seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Most of the time I was actually seen a little early. Whenever I called with a question or concern, my call was returned in a timely fashion. His office was outstanding every step of the way. Labor and delivery with my second baby went smoother than I ever could have dreamed. It was a beautiful experience. I am forever grateful to him and his team for providing me with such excellent care. I strongly recommend Dr. Swartzlander.

Dr. Swartzlander and his staff are excellent! I met Dr. Swartzlander in the ER. He agreed to work with me when my previous Gyn wouldn't. His staff are kind and caring where my previous Gyn staff were lacking. I appreciate you Dr. Swartzlander your excellent bedside manner and your staff. Excellence requires a response and I couldn't stay quiet.
