Dr. Nicholas T Pecorelli, MD

Staff lied to me. Said I had to go to another site for blood to be drawn because my insurance wouldn't cover it in the office. I called my insurance co. They said they didn't care who drew the blood as long as it was sent to the right lab afterward. Also I needed a form filled out for the insurance co. Staff was rude and gave me a very hard time. Dr Pecorelli was okay, but not worth all the aggravation from the staff!

Recommended only if you want to be rudely addressed, poorly cared for, then charged for your own medical records by the lazy front office staff (Theresa and Kathy are the worst ones of them all) Would recommend this clinic only to someone who wants worsening health and frustration. It’s like doctors forget other doctors exist and that they are so very replaceable. 0/5

Staff is impatient. They don’t open the office on time. I am always put on hold when I call, even when I clearly say I can’t hold. Doctors/nurse practitioner are in and out of your room in maximum 3 minutes.

I used to see David Bleeker, MD at this location since 1986. My entire family did. I think Dr. Pecorelli is great, but I have been trying to get in touch with him for 6 days now regarding a VIP medication I am on. My husband and I are going through an extremely difficult time financially and currently do not have phone Service. I have even stopped in to leave a more detailed message for him, and gave permission for a phone call to be returned to my own father. Working in a medical setting for over 15 years, I don't expect a physician to simply walk out of an exam room to speak to a patient. But this is an anti-depressant, and is vital I keep on with it. I do not know the name of the woman who rushes most patients off the phone with" ok, ok, good bye. Ok good bye. Bye", and proceeds to hang up on you leaving you speachless and helpless, but it is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional to treat ANY patient that way. It is a plain disregard for a patient's needs. Especially being… heart and mental health related. Again he is a good doctor, but I am now in a state of limbo already in a poor situation.

Easy to get an appointment but seems to be lacking in the bedside manner department. Just middle of the road in my book.

I have had a mostly pleasant experience with Dr. Pecorelli over the years. Be forewarned about his staff though - some of his employees are friendly and helpful while I feel that others have no business working with patients due to their rude and obnoxious behavior (namely Celeste). Unfortunately blatant unprofessionalism from his office staff comes with the territory when dealing with this physician and it's a shame because Dr. Pecorelli provides quality care.

The most unprofessional office I ever delt with! I called several times at several occasions in reference to an appointment and or prescription for my husband. Linda is the only one with good manners and person ability. Celeste is the rudest of his employees!!! She has no manners and I don't think she understands the meaning of being curteous. It's a shame because my husband likes his doctor very much.

Dr. Pecorelli is a great diagnostician and he takes the time to listen to the patient. He asks questions and I felt he and his staff did a great job caring for my family

I had a very good experience with him yesterday in which he was thorough in exploring my medical issue and in which he exhibited compassion towards my situation. His expertise and warm bedside manner were much needed because I've been experiencing chronic pain and he really did a good job in assessing my needs and in offering me reassurance.

The staff in that office is definitely going downhill. I called to ask when I was due for my next round of bloodwork and the question could have been answered if the person who answered the phone simply took a minute to access my chart. Instead she practically jumped down my throat, which I did NOT appreciate at all. There is no excuse to ever behave in an unprofessional manner to customers and as a long time patient I was appalled. I am getting tired of the rudeness in that office and some changes should really be made.
