All of the staff is pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Taunton is exceptional and cares for his patients.

I went for MRI with no wait time. Ronda was pleasant & efficient and gave me an Easter egg treat on leaving!

Dr. Taunton was efficient and thorough. He spent a goodly amount of time evaluating my condition and was able to provide ongoing help.

Continuously late for appts. Spent 1 1/4 hours at the office. With 45 mins waiting in room for Dr. No one came into room to give explanation. After I went out, after 30 mins of waiting, I was told he’d be right in. Another 15 mins went by. He said he had emergencies with other patients. I think the 10 mins spent with me could have been fit in around his other emergencies. I was at the office for 1 1/2 hrs on last visit. Emergencies again??? Not acceptable!

Husband and I had a negative experience with another potential surgeon so we were afraid that we’d have the same experience here. Fortunately we were wrong - EVERYONE (from staff to the doctor) was empathetic and kind, direct and professional.
