I was a patient at this clinic for about a year when they prescribed a treatment I hoped would be preventative. The clinic was aware of my underlying conditions. I believe they made serious errors in both the method of treatment and the dosing. These errors would destabilize anyone, but with my underlying conditions the effects were devastating. When I began having severe distressing symptoms, they changed the treatment method without considering an underlying condition and made a mistake in the transition, cutting my dose in half and refusing to raise it for weeks. When I asked them to raise the dose, nurse Erin Hendricks yelled at me and hung up. I found her behavior unprofessional and her statements inaccurate. In my opinion, she seems unsuited for this profession. Instead of assisting me, they claimed my symptoms were unrelated, which in my experience contradicts well-established medical science. I needed stabilization, but when I declined a recommendation I found ridiculous and… unsafe, they dropped me as a patient leaving me to suffer with no medical care for a physiological crisis they caused. After they dropped me, they finally raised the dose to the level I had requested, which acknowledged their mistake, but the treatment method was still wrong so I continued to struggle with severe symptoms. In my opinion a competent dr would have run labs, managed symptoms and referred me to a specialist. Medical providers are required by law to provide emergency treatment for 30 days after abandonment but they refused. This treatment can't be stopped abruptly without medical guidance so when they dropped me I was left for several weeks without healthcare to deal with the crisis they caused on my own. Their errors resulted in a 17-week neuroendocrine crisis. I suffered severe 24/7 symptoms causing extreme physical and financial consequences. It took several weeks to re-establish care. The new obgyn ran labs proving their treatment ineffective. I was functioning optimally prior to this nightmare, prepping a business launch but now have a long recovery ahead. Last year Pam Campbell gave me inaccurate information on the results of a painful, invasive test that serms to have been performed incorrectly. She said the biopsy was “benign,” but the lab report stated there was insufficient tissue to test which in my experience suggests the procedure was performed incorrectly. When I asked about it I was told she “misread the report.” The procedure may have been unnecessary in the first place as they never suggested a re-test. I trusted NP Kristen Wald to prescribe the treatment method and dosing but it seems she failed to consider my underlying conditions. I posess clinical data that confirms that these errors directly caused this health crisis. This completely derailed my life for five months. By far my worst ever medical experience. I have documented everything. Based on my experience, this practice has been clinically incompetent, administratively misleading and unreliable which should concern anyone seeking care here. It seems they have forgotten their oath, "First do no harm".

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Campbell and will stay that way. She is the kindest , honest, smartest and overall gives the best care she can.

I'm a long time patient of Dr. Campbell's and feel her to be one of the most compassionate doctors I've ever visited. I almost feel like I'm visiting a girlfriend as she's so engaged and truly cares about my issues.

Dr. Campbell is the best around. She takes time with you and you never feel rushed. I had a difficult start to my second pregnancy and she was so understanding and listened to all of my concerns. She remembers you and your health history as well. I recommend her to everyone.

I am very pleased with my doctor and the office. The staff are friendly and professional. My doctor always takes the time to answer any questions I may have and explains everything very thoroughly.

Dr Campbell is Amazing!

My wait was not long at all. My doctor answered all my questions. I'm glad the office is close to my home. Very impressed because she took the time and listened tor me.

What a fantastic experience. i have never had a doctor take such a genuine concerned approach of my medical history and ongoing concerns. Hopefully I don't jinx it, but I think she has figured out the problem! for the first time in years I think she has found the solution. thank you Dr Campbell!
