Dr. Patricia Therese Calayag, MD

No eye contact, constantly checking her desktop, did not seem to bother reviewing my medical history, and did not care about remembering my profile which I had to repeat several times. She tried to pushed me to accept medical treatment that was unnecessary and I was not comfortable with, and had me very worried and stressed out on the last weeks of my pregnancy. Thankfully her co-workers were very compassionate and more experienced, more engaging which made the delivery of my baby so quick and there was no need to go through all the testing and hospital approval that Dr Calayag requested. I had a normal pregnancy and delivery. There was no need to stress a new mom with all her obnoxious assumptions and comments about her supposed experience. Westmed clerical and nursing staff on the other hand were wonderful.

Dr. Calayag has delivered 2 of my 3 children, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She made me feel so comfortable during my pregnancies, and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor during labor. She is the best!!

I have gone to Dr Calayag for more than 15 years. Her knowledge and caring manner is evident in all she does. I have recommended her to many people including my daughter. She is always willing to listen and take your concerns seriously.

I think she is terrible doctor. I went to see this doctor twice.At first, I was examined and she said I had polyp,but on second she said that it's wrong and my misundersanding because of my limited English without a examinations! Even she said, I needed translation!! Then I was shocked,but I believed her. And then, I went to see another doctor. Another doctor said that I had two polyps!! I never want to see Dr.Patricia!! I think she looks down on patients like me.

She's great! She was on top of every concern there was in my first pregnancy. Always sent me to get checked when needed. She always seems busy but took good care of my and my babys health. With in time she got to know me and answered all of my questions or concerns. Very professional. She delivered my healthy now 7th month old daughter.

She smiles alot but I didn't feel she was really there. She hadn't reviewed my record prior to seeing me & quickly glanced at it while we met. She left me twice: once to answer a phone call on her cell & once to meet with another dr. in the hall. I didn't feel confident that she was interested in my concerns.
