Treats you like you are interrupting his day

Was so disconnected and did not show any sign of care or compassion. When he walked in, didn’t introduce himself or anything. Asked my family, “so what do you need?” WHO ASKS A PATIENT WHAT THEY NEED? They need your expertise. My brother has a traumatic brain injury and his response was “I do not specialize in this”. He is a neurologist that we unfortunately were referred to. He continued to just nod his head as my father gave more detail of the prominent issues at hand and just kept repeating what medicine he was going to prescribe to my brother and goes okay well just let me know if you need anything else and walked out. He left my family speechless as my brother spent over 3 months in ICU and rehab, my grandmother is a RN and between all of us, we have NEVER seen or been treated so poorly before.

If I could give this doctor a 0 I would. I have horrible migraines and needed to get onto a new medication. He was very thorough at the appointment which is about the only plus. I started experiencing every single side effect of the medication he put me on so I stopped taking it. I have called his office 8 times (also left voicemails) to try and get an appointment or to get on new medication and I still have not received a called back. My pharmacy has also tried calling the office a few times and so had my insurance to try and get a new medication approved. I could never get through to the nurses line and then by the time they call you, they're closed. The medication he put me on screwed my body up so much that I have been in and out of the ER 3 times in the past 2 months. I will NOT be back. Very unprofessional, and negligence if you ask me.

Worst practice for patient care,medication refills, nasty front office, who treats patients like they are a nuisance. Have been trying for over a week to get ahold of someone for medication refill of anti seizure medication. Should file a malpractice suit.

Always honest and tells it like it is-- as I prefer my diagnosis. Very knowledgeable and friendly too. I feel he saved my life in 2005 .

I would not choose this dr again, i was very disappointed. i wish i would've looked at tbe raitings before.

Quack !!! I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. He didn't do anything except take my money. They never answer their phone. I'm still in pain after two years.

Still waiting on testing wouldn't recommend this office to others.

Knowledgeable. Listens. Make me feel he'll find the solutions.

i have seen Dr.Reibold since 2002. He always listens and we both discuss my treatment options. He gives me all my options, gives me his opinion and lets me make my the final decision. His office staff in Lafayette are not very welcoming.
