Dr. Paul Todd Stallman, MD

Dr. Stallman performed a brow lift for me several years ago, and this year, laser resurfacing on my face. I am extremely happy with the excellent results from both procedures. Dr. Stallman listened to my “improvement” wishes, and then presented his recommendation(s) as to which procedure(s) would best address my wishes. He provided detailed explanations of what was going to be involved before, during, and after the procedure, as well as possible limitations of results. His staff provided me with information regarding pre-procedure preparation required. After completion of the procedure, Dr. Stallman arranged multiple in-office follow-up appointments to ensure that my post-procedure recovery proceeded without issue. Based on my experience, I have complete confidence in Dr. Stallman’s expertise and capability, and recommend him without hesitation or caveat.

Dr. Stallman was recommended by several people when I started hinting that I might do something about my eyes always looking so tired. I’m 49. I met up with a longtime friend, who I hadn’t seen for a couple of months and immediately said, “you look amazing!”, “did you do something, because I swear, it’s like you’re fresh-faced and glowing!”. That’s when she told me about a procedure that Dr. Stallman had done. He doesn’t put anything in your face, he just makes a teeny tiny incision on the inside of your lower lid and just kind of moves the fat around. Your puffy parts stop being puffy and your hollowed parts get leveled. Then, if you’d like, he feathers out a little skin treatment right under your eyes. I look completely like myself. I do not look like I’ve had work done, I just don’t look exhausted when I’m not. 100% worth it.

I am a 61 y/o nurse. I started noticing double bags under my eyes and drooping upper eyelids in my early 50's. I thought I could wait until I was on Medicare to get the upper eyelid blepharoplasty on both eyes. WRONG. I was sick of having co-workers, friends, and family tell me I looked tired. So, I started researching. I had access to OR nurses and was able to quiz them as part of my research. I met with Dr. Stallman about my options and he examined me carefully and made suggestions about which procedures would benefit me most. He discussed pros and cons and answered all of my questions thoroughly. In December of 2023, I had upper lid blepharoplasty and a brow lift. I followed his discharge instructions to a "T". I had minimal swelling and barely any bruising. I had to call the office the first day post-op (early) and Dr. Stallman called me right back and we problem solved over the phone. My post-op visits were on time and went smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Stallman… (oculo-plastics). He kept track of my vision with a good baseline exam and post-op exams which meant the world to me. I certainly didn't want to undergo an elective surgery and end up with vision problems. The front office staff, Ann Marie (NP) and Dr. Stallman are first class all the way around. I felt cared for, and am TREMENDOULSY happy with how my surgery turned out. I would go back for any future needs without question.

I went to Dr. Stallman for an Endoscopic Brow Lift, Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty. The experience was seamless and the results are stunning! The front office staff are my cheerleaders and they made me feel good during pre and post op. Dr. Stallman is a brilliant surgeon with a gift for creating a natural beauty as the final result. He is the consummate artist and I had the great fortune of being his canvas. The Coastal Surgical Institute, where the surgery took place is comfy cozy, the staff are warm and friendly and they give you socks! Please don't trust just any general cosmetic surgeon to perform a procedure around your eyes, there are too many things that could go wrong and your sight is beyond precious to take that risk.

I had a great experience with Dr. Stallman. He came highly recommended by my primary care physician, my optomologist and previous patients that I spoke with. The staff is friendly, very kind and professional and the office vibe is very positive. I needed to make a couple of schedule changes and even though they were very busy they were completely accommodating in getting me rescheduled. They made sure that I fully understood the steps I needed to take before and after the surgery. Dr Stallman was great. I never felt rushed and he made sure that he answered my questions before the surgery. He called me personally the evening of the surgery to check on me and made a point to let me know that he was available for and questions or concerns after the surgery. The overall experience at the office was comfortable and positive. They make a great team. Overall I am very happy with the results and would recommend Dr. Stallman without reservation.

I had the areas above and beneath my eyes done by Dr. Stallman after many great recommendations by friends. From my first visit thru my surgery to the aftercare I was very pleased.
